The People Company (Pty) Ltd is a BEE Level 2 Supplier.

We have recently concluded a shareholding transaction with a new shareholder in TPC Investments, our holding company, which confirms our company’s effective black shareholding at 35% consisting of 10% shareholding held by Mr Molwantwa Makhunga and 25% shareholding held by Elgatone Private Equity (Pty) Ltd. Elgatone is a 100% Black Owned Company and TPC Investments is effectively a 61% Black Owned Company.

The People Company (Pty) Ltd has a turnover of less than R60 000 000 per annum which puts us in the category of a qualifying small enterprise (QSE) and a recent audit of the criteria for BBBEE compliance resulted in us obtaining a Level 2 value added supplier rating.
